Service Description

This 2 day immersion is for anyone who is looking for tools to unlock and honor their unique way of looking at life and sharing it with others. There is no ONE way, there is just your way. Cristen and I share this individual view with you through our favorite lenses, Yoga and Astrology. Included in this 2 day is: Yoga; asana, meditation and philosophy. Astrology; in depth on Sun/Moon/ Rising, Saturn and Mercury and how to honor the Core essence of you and your much needed Voice. Mixed with worksheets, small group work and of course, GONG sessions!
